A telecommunications company in Metro Manila is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in sales analysis to assist in setting targets and providing data-driven strategies. The ideal applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in PivotTables and VLOOKUP, and possess strong analytical skills. This role involves supporting sales operations through detailed reporting and documentation.
Assist in forecasting, allocation, and setting sales targets for branches and dealers.
Analyze sales data—especially turnover per model—to assess and refine current sales goals.
Provide weekly turnover reports per model per dealer, and suggest data-driven strategies to improve sales.
Validate dealer policies using the company’s system to support the processing of dealer claims.
Track and monitor purchase orders from distributors and directly-buying dealers.
Ensure timely encoding and recording of all sell-in and sell-thru transactions in the system.
Prepare and provide accurate reports and data analysis for the President.
Support other departments with ad hoc reports and data as needed.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents.
Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Finance, Math, Statistics, or other related courses.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications or telco retail industry.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, especially in:
PivotTables
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Formulas, Charts, and Data Analysis Tools
Proficient in other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
