Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform audience, marketing, and campaign data into actionable business insights. You will build dashboards in Looker Studio and analyze data with SQL and BigQuery to support decision making.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, BI, data preparation, or similar roles.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and marketing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution, conversion tracking, and cross-channel measurement approaches.
• Experience with large-scale marketing or digital media datasets.
• Understanding of data governance, documentation, and reporting best practices.
• Advanced experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), including the development and maintenance of clear, actionable dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using Google BigQuery.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, joins, data modeling, query optimization, and business groupings.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and metrics, including Google Ads, Meta, CM360, DV360, SA360, GA4, and related campaign reporting environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, interpret trends, and translate data into clear business insights
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and integrity across reporting deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reporting logic, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear, actionable dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker Studio for stakeholders across the business.
• Use Google BigQuery and SQL to extract, manipulate, validate, optimize, and analyze data for reporting and analysis.
• Translate business requirements into accurate, scalable reporting solutions by selecting appropriate datasets, applying sound logic, and validating outputs before delivery.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions for marketing, media, and digital performance teams, with appropriate levels of detail for different audiences.
• Explain reporting logic, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
• Support reliable reporting through effective data modeling, query optimization, and business groupings.
• Identify data issues and trends and translate analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
