Job summary

• University degree in business management, data studies or comparable field.
• Fluent written and verbal skills in English.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and set up Forecast to load data objects including project planning and milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination for required data elements.
• Ensure data quality, governance compliance, load execution, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement within Forecast-to-Load.
• Understand business needs across areas and ensure SAP and other systems support those needs within the country while reflecting customer and legal requirements.
• Lead data governance activities, master data setup in SAP, and collaborate with ISS NPI and other stakeholders.
• Monitor data accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, and drive action plans to correct faulty data.
• Provide SME input on data design and support SAP and other technical initiatives.
• Foster positive collaboration with business units and maintain relationships with external partners as needed.
• Lead training and upskilling of team members to improve data capability and performance.
