Hitachi Solutions Philippines, Ltd. is seeking an experienced D365 Consultant to drive ERP transformation for client engagements. You will lead sessions validating D365 F&O fit, configure modules, and prepare discovery documents and training plans.

The role requires strong ERP and D365 expertise, plus travel readiness for local and international engagements. Responsibilities include leading a team of consultants, mentoring juniors, and ensuring successful delivery per project plans while

Qualifications

At least 5 years of ERP experience with strong Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in functional configuration.
One or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications required.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client engagements.

Responsibilities

Work as D365 Consultant on assigned engagements.
Lead Conference Room Pilot sessions to show D365 F&O fit to client requirements.
Advise on solution usage and minimize gaps between standard product and client processes.
Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents and functional specs.
Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules and prepare user manuals and training plans.
Lead end-user training and provide pre/post go-live support.
Ensure project documents are complete and deliver as planned.
Lead and mentor junior team members; supervise time sheets and leaves.
