Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity incident response across client environments.

• Advise clients on incident management strategy, crisis response planning, and threat mitigation.
• Direct investigative analysis using forensic methods, network security tools, and threat intelligence.
• Translate technical findings into clear guidance for business and technology stakeholders during incidents and post‑incident reviews.
• Manage multiple incident workstreams, prioritize actions, and adapt plans during cyber events.
• Coach team members through investigations, escalation points, and delivery of incident management services.
• Develop incident response playbooks, processes, and operating procedures to strengthen readiness.
