Job summary

Prudential in the Philippines seeks a Senior CX leader to translate our CX strategy into prioritized roadmaps, journey designs, and end-to-end customer communications across lifecycle stages. You will oversee VoC programs, governance dashboards, and KPI reporting for executives, drive Lean Six Sigma improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes and organizational performance.

This role reports to the CX Head (VP) and involves leading a team through change.

Qualifications

• Senior CX leader with a track record translating CX strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience leading VoC programs, dashboards, and KPI reporting for executives.
• Proven ability to drive Lean Six Sigma improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
