Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Engineering and 6+ years in a Quality Department for electronics/semiconductor high-volume manufacturing.
• Familiar with customer requirements and capable of handling customer claims and feedback.
• Deep knowledge of quality process control procedures and applicable legal standards.
• Strong data analysis skills including statistical methods.
• Experienced in root cause analysis, problem solving, FMEA and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP and APQP is an advantage.
• Project management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive management-employee relations through communications and performance management.
• High level understanding of CSR and conveying them to production teams.
• Develops ways to improve manufacturing processes to ensure higher-quality goods and tracks CQE progress.
• Works with supervisors to ensure all associates meet quality standards.
• Provides training to new hires and experienced CQEs.
• Provides coaching and support and maintains team communication.
• Ensures 8D reports are reviewed according to global standards.
• Follows ESH safety targets and programs.
• Levels up competencies and supports succession planning.
• Coordinates with other departments to assure timely support and resources.
• Holds quality learning sessions and trainings across functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
