A leading flexible printed circuit manufacturer in the Philippines is looking for an Engineering graduate to oversee customer quality assurance. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in CQE or a related field within Electronics/Semicon. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading audits, and ensuring quality standards are met. Familiarity with automotive standards and statistical tools will be advantageous in this role.

Formación

• Graduate of any engineering course.
• At least 2 years of CQE or related experience in Electronics/Semicon.
• Knowledge of Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage.

Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for collaborating, overseeing and monitoring all related customer requirements to cross functional team.

Direct responsible individual (DRI) or liaison to assigned Customer.

Ensures that customer quality assurance services and final products meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course
• At least with 2yrs CQE or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon
• Accustomed with Customer Specific Requirements.
• Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
• Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.
• Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.
• Excellent in MS office application
• Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
• Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
