Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines seeks a Seating Product Support Order Specialist to manage approved orders, act as primary contact for customers on status, verify details, and process orders in E1 ERP. You will collaborate across Product Support, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers, and generate reports to support KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Job Description

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders, acting as the primary contact for Customers on order status
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping info.
• Enter/update sales orders in E1 ERP system
• Maintain workflows in Customer Management Portal (CMP)
• Utilize JIRA for information purposes
• Collaborate with Product Support Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers
• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements
• Lead tactical order status review meetings
• Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI)
• Perform other departmental duties as required including ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
