Job summary

Coins.ph in the Philippines is seeking a senior risk manager to identify, analyze, and oversee market, liquidity, and operational risks in line with BSP requirements. You will develop risk tools, report exposures, and support strategy evaluations with independent analyses.

You will collaborate across teams, promote risk awareness, and monitor regulatory changes to keep our framework current. A strong educational background and 5+ years in risk are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of risk management experience in finance/audit/related function.
• Familiar with BSP regulations, ISO, COSO, Basel II/III.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and manage market, liquidity, operational, regulatory risks per BSP requirements.
• Provide independent risk analysis to support strategies and decisions.
• Develop risk infrastructure, tools, and reporting processes.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, services, and processes.
• Prepare risk reports highlighting exposures, breaches, and emerging risks.
• Promote risk awareness and provide training across units.
• Engage with external risk forums to align with industry practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments to keep the risk framework current.
