Job summary

Arcadis Cebu is seeking an experienced cost management professional to lead cost estimation, planning, and budgeting for complex projects. You will supervise BQ preparation, tender documentation, and financial reporting to ensure accurate cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in construction consultancy/contracting, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Join us to contribute to sustainable design and delivery in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 5 years’ construction projects working experience in Consultancy/Contracting Firm.
• Ability to multitask, keen to details, team player and excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written & verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prepare cost estimate and cost plan to keep project within budget.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and related QA documents for accurate cost reporting.
• Prepare and review tender documents and ensure timely submission.
• Review contract documents to ensure all specs are met and on schedule.
• Evaluate actual work at site to determine amounts due in Interim Certificate.
• Assess cost effects of variations from Construction Bulletins and PMI/WAO.
• Prepare and monitor financial statements to help clients manage commitments.
• Prepare final cost accounts and related documentation.
