East West Banking Corporation in the National Capital Region is seeking a Credit Analyst and Review Officer to assess borrowers, perform financial and risk analyses, and prepare COMs to support lending decisions. This is an on-site role in NCR.

You will collaborate with marketing to evaluate transactions, recommend credit structures, monitor borrower performance, and handle restructures or collections as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or Credit Officer in commercial or corporate lending within a bank.
• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, banking products, financial analysis, risk management, and industry research.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen business acumen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with solid stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

In this role, you will assess the creditworthiness of borrowers, conduct financial and risk analyses, and support lending decisions by preparing Credit Offering Memos (COMs).
