Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a skilled Corporate Actions professional to manage mandatory and voluntary events, ensuring accurate client entitlements and timely payments. You will resolve breaks, act as SME across asset servicing workflows, and support Prime Brokerage clients.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, and custodians, while maintaining deadlines in a fast‑paced trading environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline relevant to trading and financial markets.
• Proven experience handling Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events in trading or investment banking operations.
• End‑to‑end corporate actions processing exposure, including entitlement calculation and lifecycle management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with Front Office, Middle Office and custodians.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for breaks and exceptions.
• Collaborative team player with commitment and ownership in a fast‑paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events accurately across key market dates.
• Reconcile corporate action events to ensure accurate client entitlement and payments.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily breaks and fails related to corporate actions and custody.
• Act as SME for corporate actions processes, market practices, and asset servicing workflows.
• Manage and support requirements of Prime Brokerage and institutional clients.
• Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Trade Support, Oversight, custodians, agents, and counterparties.
• Monitor system exception queues to ensure reviews and clearances daily.
• Support ad-hoc requirements: update procedures, participate in UAT, assist audits and risk reviews.
