Teleperformance Philippines is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant – Corporate Accounting to lead journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close with a focus on cash management and balance sheet accuracy.

The role collaborates with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance, support financial reporting, perform variance analysis, and drive process improvements across A&P and G&A accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience with general ledger knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Accounting & Reconciliations: maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: post journal entries and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Variance Analysis: analyze fluctuations and provide insights.
• A&P and G&A Accounting: manage related expenses, accruals, and reporting.
• Planning, Forecasting & Business Support: assist FP&A and stakeholders with forecasts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with AP, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A teams.
• Process Improvement & Controls: identify control risks and drive improvements.
• Audit & Compliance Support: support SOX activities and audits.
