Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and at least 5 years of experience in a support services environment. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, providing technical design reviews, and implementing software upgrades. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a support services environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Chinese knowledge is optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Establish and maintain contacts with product management/R&D groups.
• Deliver GENEW Professional Services offerings.
• Provide clear support options to customers.
• Manage customer communication interface.
• Engage in technical design reviews.
• Provide regular status reports for severity 1/2 problems.
• Implement software upgrades/patches as needed.
