Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Controller to direct and execute the company’s financial activities, maintain the budget including capitalized items, oversee accounting and inventory control, audit operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role provides top management with timely financial reports for sound decision-making. The ideal candidate has a CPA with related postgraduate studies, at least five years in finance roles, and strong knowledge of GAAP

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy and CPA with related postgraduate studies.
• At least five years of experience in finance or accounting positions.
• Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost control principles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with automated financial reporting systems and knowledge of financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute financial activities and budgeting.
• Oversee accounting, inventory control, and audits.
