Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Bid Preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in contract administration, budgeting, and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project budgets and cost reports.
• Administer, monitor, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Oversee the preparation, execution, and interpretation of contracts.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding cost monitoring and commercial concerns.
• Participate in cost review meetings and provide recommendations to management.
• Review contractual deliverables and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Business Development teams during bid preparation and project tendering.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standards.
