D.M. CONSUNJI, INC. (DMCI) is looking for a knowledgeable Contracts Supervisor for our team in Taguig. The role includes overseeing contract administration, managing project costs, and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.

The ideal candidate should be a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience in contract management and strong skills in analytics, communication, and leadership. This position demands attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Bid Preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in contract administration, budgeting, and commercial management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review project budgets and cost reports.
• Administer, monitor, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Oversee the preparation, execution, and interpretation of contracts.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding cost monitoring and commercial concerns.
• Participate in cost review meetings and provide recommendations to management.
• Review contractual deliverables and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Business Development teams during bid preparation and project tendering.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standards.
