D. M Consunji, Inc. is seeking a qualified Contracts Supervisor to oversee contract administration, cost management, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and applicable regulations. The role is on-site in Taguig.

The ideal candidate holds a licensed Civil Engineer, has at least five years in contract management and bidding, and demonstrates strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills to drive cost control and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• Minimum five years in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Bid Preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledgeable in contract administration, budgeting, and commercial management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review project budgets and cost reports.
• Administer, monitor, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Oversee the preparation, execution, and interpretation of contracts.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding cost monitoring and commercial concerns.
• Participate in cost review meetings and provide recommendations to management.
• Review contractual deliverables and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Business Development teams during bid preparation and project tendering.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standard.
