RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideate and conceptualise high-engaging content that reflects brand aesthetics and style guidelines, maintaining consistency across deliverables for a variety of clients and industries.
• Create and manage social media content daily.
• Produce relevant content across all platforms, with advanced skills in design, video editing, or motion design.
• Demonstrate passion, curiosity, and experience creating social media content such as Tweets, TikToks, Instagram visuals, YouTube edits, etc.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, client services, and strategy) to develop creative ideas that meet client briefs, feedback and KPIs.
• Consistently produce ideas and campaigns on time and across any media without constant oversight.
• Collaborate cross-­departmentally to develop a wide range of creative solutions that meet criteria.
• Gather learnings and insights to make relevant recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Present confidently to teams, senior clients, new business and agency leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to convert any branded content into high-value social content (clips, GIFs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.).
• Professional creative experience with a demonstrable passion for producing innovative content.
• Significant advertising experience in agency or similar environments, developing TTL, digital and platform-specific social campaigns.
• Advanced experience with Adobe packages and ability to execute and conceptualise ideas.
• Strong passion for all things social, digital and creative, with a keen interest in new platforms, technologies and innovation.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively during pitches and presentations.
• Ability to produce work to a high standard quickly and professionally with attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and a commitment to delivering best practice and value.
