You will work across core focus areas such as large-scale program governance, enterprise architecture, IT operating model design, IT financial management, and AI strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, or a corporate transformation office.
• Experience in at least one core area (large-scale program governance, enterprise architecture, IT operating model design, IT financial management, or AI strategy).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to frame complex issues for executives.
• Credibility in client-facing settings; comfortable leading workshops and steering committees.
• Demonstrated curiosity for technology and ability to learn complex topics quickly.
• Experience in financial services is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to structure ambiguously defined challenges and build roadmaps for major change.
