Job summary

Branchspace is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team and lead digital transformation engagements for airline clients. You will work across technology and business transformation dimensions—from target operating models to enabling new commercial and distribution capabilities—delivering value for customers.

You will contribute to the design, strategy translation into roadmaps, and executive-level deliverables, coordinating SMEs and supporting business development.

Senior Consultant, Airline Digital Transformation

The Role

What we
are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team and take a leading role on major digital transformation engagements for our airline clients. You will work across both the technology and business transformation dimensions of these projects, from defining target operating models and driving organisational change, to supporting the technical delivery of new commercial and distribution capabilities.

What you'll do

• Contribute and eventually lead workstreams on large-scale digital transformation programmes, balancing technology delivery with business change management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping shape strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap.
• Contribute to the technical and functional design of solutions, working closely with client IT and business teams.
• Translating technical and operational expertise into clear recommendations.
• Work alongside client teams to help them implement the recommendations to deliver value.
• Produce polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables.
• Coordinate specialist SMEs and project teams.
• Develop content for marketing and thought leadership, while maintaining and continuously improving Branchspace's internal knowledge base, reusable assets and industry insights.
• Support business development, including client proposals and participation to industry events.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a consulting firm, with strong exposure to digital transformation projects.
• Comfortable operating on both the technology and business transformation sides of a project, this is not a purely technical or purely functional role.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Prior experience on a transportation or aviation project is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping grow a business.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Consultants from London are preferred but we're open to other European countries. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
