Job summary

Asia Select is seeking a General Manager in Bataan to lead and oversee the construction business, driving profitability, growth, and strategic direction. The role encompasses management of operations, procurement, finance, and governance to achieve company objectives.

Ideal candidates will have Civil Engineering background, licensed engineer preference, and 15+ years in construction with senior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (GM/Director).
• Experience managing multiple projects and P&L.
• Knowledge of construction laws, regs, safety standards.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of the construction business, aligning with corporate goals.
• Develop and execute profitability and growth plans.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor performance, costs, and financial results across projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards.
