Boku is seeking a Compliance Officer in the Philippines to ensure local operations meet Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) requirements. You will report to the Global Head of Compliance and work with regional teams to implement local policies and procedures.

You will develop and monitor the compliance program, oversee AML/CTF controls, due diligence, regulatory reporting, and act as the primary liaison with BSP and AMLC. Strong BSP knowledge and cross-border experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in compliance or AML in financial services, with BSP exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BSP regulations, AMLA/IRR and related reporting.
• Experience in risk assessment, compliance monitoring and regulatory examinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate regulatory requirements into processes.

• Develop, maintain and implement the Compliance Program in line with BSP regulations.
• Oversee AML/CTF and customer/partner due diligence and monitoring.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, examinations and inspections with BSP/AMLC.
• Report to the Board on compliance status and key risks.
• Monitor regulatory changes in the Philippines and update policies accordingly.
• Review outsourcing and onboarding for compliance implications.
