Our Clients in Pasig, Philippines seeks a Commercial Business Executive to lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy and consumer growth. This on-site role requires steering revenue, market expansion, and channel performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of growing large consumer businesses in regulated industries, partnering cross-functionally to deliver integrated commercial outcomes and transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive commercial leadership experience.
• 8+ years in senior executive or leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial or consumer business operations in telecoms, technology, digital services, FMCG, banking, retail, or similar industries.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, channel expansion, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
• Lead consumer commercial operations, including sales, distribution, channel management, and go-to-market execution.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through strategic commercial initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives to strengthen market position.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated commercial strategies.
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, performance management, and analytics to meet targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform decisions.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness and customer experience.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Present performance, growth strategies, and recommendations to executive leadership.
