Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; CPA is a plus.
• Experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A / Revenue Growth Management / Trade Finance within FMCG, CHC or Pharma.
• Strong understanding of GTN, trade spend mechanics, accruals/claims, and customer/channel profitability.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI; SQL extracts from Snowflake; Python/R a plus for automation and analysis.
• Able to influence and work cross-functionally; manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to Sales and Marketing; embed in key forums and provide fact-based challenge.
• Build and maintain customer and channel profitability views to guide investments.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting for the commercial inputs; align to a single FP&A forecast.
• Own GTN architecture and trade spend governance; assess ROI and reallocations.
• Deliver monthly performance packs with insights and actionable recommendations.
