A leading IT consulting firm is looking for a Collections Senior Associate to join their hybrid team in Taguig. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance and 1-2 years of experience in B2B collections. You will be responsible for reviewing accounts receivable reports, investigating billing disputes, and maintaining accurate records. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php 30,000 to Php 35,000 and involves working onsite. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B collection.
• Amenable to attend interview.
• Willing to work in Taguig or Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in ERP/CRM systems.
