Overview

Sourcing Specialist @ D&V Philippines | Actively Hiring - Collections Analyst for US clients

Job Title: Senior Collections Analyst (US)

Work Setup & Schedule:

• Hybrid (12AM to 9AM)

Responsibilities

• Business-to-Business Collections: Effectively manage inbound/outbound correspondence and phone calls to collect outstanding accounts receivable balances
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify underlying issues causing payment delays and develop actionable solutions to mitigate these challenges
• Account Stage Review: Review Stage 6 and 7 accounts for approval, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Account Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliations to resolve account discrepancies and ensure accuracy in billing
• Ticket Handling and SLA Management: Address and resolve billing and collections-related tickets within a standard three-day Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring timely and consistent support
• Dispute Escalation: Proactively escalate unresolved or disputed concerns to the AR Manager with supporting documentation to expedite resolution
• Team Support: Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the billing and collections team and contribute to overall departmental goals
• Accounting Software Utilization: Leverage Workday and Airtable AR/Collections software systems to track and manage accounts receivable

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge and experience in collections
• Ability to identify root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve payment delays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Experience collaborating with sales, and other cross-functional teams
• Minimum 4 years of experience in collections (SaaS experience preferred)
