Job summary

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Advisor for Club Royale to deliver exceptional service to high-value casino guests and partners. The role requires strong communication, sales experience, and precise handling of complex bookings across travel partners, direct guests, and groups.

Associate will work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, coordinating with Sales, GPS and Revenue teams to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue targets are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
At least 6 months Royal Caribbean call center experience required.
Previous sales or shoreside/ship-based casino experience preferred.
Experience with high-value guests and external-facing roles preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with guests.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and faxes from travel partners and guests.
Manage direct group reservations, including cabin inventory and payments.
Sell cruise vacation packages aligning offers with customer interests.
Investigate guest complaints and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
Ensure accurate pricing and financial reconciliation for bookings.
