Job summary

Amae Health is hiring a Practice Operations Manager to lead the new Boston clinic's daily operations, patient flow, and service delivery.

You will partner with the Clinic Director and cross-functional teams to drive KPIs, maintain compliant processes, and deliver best-in-class care for members.

The role requires 5+ years of operations leadership in high-growth settings and a Bachelor's Degree; base salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations in high-growth or high-intensity environments.
• Direct experience leading multidisciplinary teams across functions.
• Knowledge of lean/six sigma a plus.
• Comfortable with AI-based tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of day-to-day clinic operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic space in line with brand guidelines.
• Partner with vendors and business associates including building management, medical supply, cleaning, maintenance, and regulatory visits.
• Maintain systems and documents to ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and other bodies.
• Maintain and oversee schedules and templates to ensure consistent member experience, clinically productive schedules, and billing/regulatory compliance.
• Foster a proactive, adaptable, and engaged team environment; hire, train, coach and develop employees.
