Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Professional License.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Strong project management, time management, communication, leadership, commitment, analytical, technical, and negotiation skills.
• Have an idea on proper estimates and good documentation skills.
• Knowledge in billing evaluation, processing, change order variation and contract administration.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to do field work if needed.
• Immediate start is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of projects assigned.
• Conducting quantity take-off and estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including bills of quantities.
• Establishing financial analysis and projections.
• Maintain high level of credibility, integrity and honesty.
• Perform other task which may be assigned by the supervisor/project manager.
