Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of civil design and drafting experience.
• Experience supporting Australian civil projects and familiarity with Australian standards.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including pipe networks and surfaces.
• Proven ability to produce construction-ready drawings and documentation independently.
• Strong English communication and coordination with clients and engineers.
• Portfolio of relevant civil design/drafting projects required.
• Willingness to work early morning shift 6:00–7:00 AM Philippine Time.
• Stable high-speed internet for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, construction-ready civil drawings for Australian projects.
• Interpret briefs and technical specs per Australian standards.
• Develop and maintain AutoCAD Civil 3D models (surfaces, alignments, profiles, pipe networks).
• Prepare general arrangement plans, sections, construction details, and drawings.
• Generate schedules and design data (invert levels, grades, chainages, materials).
• Incorporate survey data and existing utilities into designs.
• Prepare construction and connection details per Australian standards.
• Perform drawing quality checks and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with Australian engineers, designers, PMs to resolve queries.
• Manage drawing revisions and drawing packages across project stages.
