Job summary

Lennor Metier is assisting with a senior civil designer role to prepare construction-ready drawings for Australian infrastructure projects. You will build AutoCAD Civil 3D models for water, wastewater, and stormwater schemes and coordinate with Australian engineers and project managers.

This full-time remote position in the Philippines requires a civil engineering degree, 7+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and availability for an early-morning shift with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of civil engineering design and drafting experience, especially water, wastewater, and stormwater.
• Proven experience on Australian civil projects and knowledge of Australian standards.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (pipes, surfaces, alignments, profiles).
• Ability to independently produce construction-ready drawings and documentation.
• Strong English communication and coordination with Australian clients.
• Portfolio of relevant civil design/drafting projects required.
• Willingness to work an early morning shift (6:00–7:00 AM PH time).
• Stable, reliable internet for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, construction-ready drawings for Australian infrastructure projects.
• Interpret briefs, sketches, and specs per Australian standards.
• Develop and maintain AutoCAD Civil 3D models (surfaces, alignments, profiles).
• Prepare general arrangement plans, sections, and construction details.
• Generate schedules and design data (invert levels, grades, pipe materials).
• Incorporate survey data and authority requirements into designs.
• Coordinate with Australian engineers and PMs to resolve queries.
• Manage drawing revisions and documentation across project stages.
