Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior civil engineering leader in the Philippines to guide planning, design and delivery of complex infrastructure programs. You will act as Design Manager, Project Discipline Lead, or Package Lead, providing technical direction across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, risk, and quality, while mentoring engineers and supporting talent development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required; PE registration or chartership preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive civil engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams on large infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil design principles, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex civil, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
Serve as Design Manager, Project Discipline Lead, or Package Lead, providing technical leadership.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk to ensure project success.
