Job summary

Virtual Assist, Llc is seeking an elite Chief Architect Draftsman for high-end residential projects in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate as-built models, construction drawings and photorealistic renderings for remodeling and custom homes.

The candidate must communicate fluently in English for client discussions and design reviews, with strong attention to detail and independent work style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Chief Architect and able to produce accurate as-built models and drawings.
• Experience with residential remodeling, additions, and custom homes.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and coordinating discussions in English.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate as-built residential models from Matterport scans, surveys and field measurements.
• Develop detailed 3D models for existing and proposed homes and additions.
• Produce bid sets and construction drawing packages with site plans, levels and details.
• Prepare drawings in multiple sheet sizes and scales per company standards.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Review models for accuracy, engineering logic and proper layering.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers and leaders across all phases.
• Translate concepts into buildable construction documents and manage revisions.
