Job summary

Grid Dynamics seeks a Senior C++ Engineer to help build and optimize ML compiler infrastructure for CPUs and GPUs. You will tackle performance-critical systems, work with large C++ codebases, and collaborate with open-source communities across global teams.

You will contribute to portable, hermetic builds and scalable CI/CD pipelines while integrating Python tooling and multi-environment deployments. Based in Guadalajara, this role focuses on cutting-edge AI infrastructure and compiler-driven

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C++ with large codebases.
• Familiarity with LLVM or compiler systems.
• Understanding CPU architecture and performance considerations.
• Experience with open source ML compiler or runtime projects for CPU/GPU.
• Experience in Linux development environments.
• Python for tooling and general tasks.
• Experience with Bazel or large build systems.
• Hands-on CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Buildkite).
• Familiarity with Docker for build/test automation.

Responsibilities

• Work with large C++ codebases for ML compilation and runtime infrastructure.
• Adapt and evolve systems for multiple environments and deployment contexts.
• Improve portability, reliability, and consistency of core infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with compiler, framework, and infra teams for integration and validation.
• Develop, refine, and enhance large-scale build configurations for C++ and Python.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines to automate validation, testing, releases, and rollout of updates.
• Investigate and resolve build/dependency issues across repositories.
• Ensure reproducible and hermetic builds using modern tools and distributed testing.
• Manage and optimize containerized build/test environments (Docker).
• Contribute to stabilization and refinement of AI infrastructure used at scale.
