Job summary

Vitro, Philippines-based, is seeking a senior BCM professional to lead the implementation and maintenance of our BCM framework in alignment with ISO 22301, ISO 31000 and internal policies. You will perform BCMS assessments, develop BCPs and DRPs, conduct BIA, support IT disaster recovery planning, and facilitate crisis simulations, reporting results and driving improvements.

The role requires at least 6 years in BCM or risk management, 1 year in supervision, strong communication and coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in Business Continuity Management or Risk Management.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of BCM frameworks and ISO standards.
• Experience in risk assessment, BIA, incident management, and crisis response.
• Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery concepts and coordination.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent CI training.
• ISO 31000 training and integration with BCM; training on at least two ISO BCMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the BCM framework aligned with ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and internal policies.
• Conduct BCMS assessments and compliance reviews; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Develop, review, and maintain BCPs, DRPs, and Crisis Management Plans.
• Perform BIA to identify critical functions and recovery requirements.
• Support IT Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and RTO evaluations.
• Facilitate incident response, crisis simulations, and recovery exercises; document results and corrective actions.
• Monitor BCM performance metrics and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct BCM awareness and training sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA.

Job Qualifications:
