With 57 years of proven experience in supply chain, project management, and change management, the Senior Business Analyst ensures operational improvements are identified, implemented, and sustained. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and ownership to support the company's professionalization journey and strategic expansion.

Business and Supply Chain Analysis

• Assess and analyze supply chain processes (procurement, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and retail).


• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks within operations and recommend practical solutions.


• Elicit business requirements, document processes, and develop process improvement roadmaps.


• Develop business requirements, documentation, and improvement roadmaps.


• Prepare and present data‑driven insights and reports to management.


• Support strategic planning through scenario modeling and forecasting.


• Provide recommendations for technology and system enhancements that support supply chain efficiency.

Project Management

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to execution, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
