ERNI is rapidly expanding its Asia Pacific presence, seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the DAS SovOps collaborative solution. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and process optimization across domains like MedTech, Finance, and Transportation.

Strong English communication and an Agile mindset are essential. Hybrid work setup in Metro Manila with ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 10 years of business analysis experience and 5 years in a senior BA role.
• 5 years in banking, accounting or financial services sector.
• 7 years designing and documenting business processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis, BPM, and project management methodologies.
• Strong training and facilitation skills for engaging programs.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps for iterations and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management and communication to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Lead conferences and workshops to gather feedback and confirm specifications.
• Conduct periodic training for MAS and BoardLib user communities.
• Create training materials for continuous learning references.
• Manage requirements elicitation and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ITD teams to implement new technology solutions.
• Coordinate with QA and testing teams for test scenarios and UAT.
• Define business processes with users and identify optimization opportunities.

The client expects the Senior BA in DAS SovOps project for Collaborative Solution to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course

At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis and 5 years in a senior business analysis role

5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector

7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes

Familiarity with data analysis tools, business process modeling, and project management methodologies.

Strong training and facilitation skills to design and deliver engaging training programs.

Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall Methodology

Knowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documents

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI

Has the ability to build rapport, manage relationships, and address concerns and has relevant experience in providing user adoption training

Strong stakeholder communication and management skills

Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

How can you contribute to the team?

The Senior BA is required to be an Agile BA who will work collaboratively with the end users and specifically will:

Stakeholder management and communication

Act as a point of contact for IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating the efficient exchange of technical solutions and business requirements.

Lead Conferences and Workshops: Plan and lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to get feedback, confirm specifications, and guarantee alignment and buy-in from stakeholders.

Adoption and Training

The primary go-to person of the team in conducting periodic learning workshops to MAS and BoardLib user communities ensuring smooth transitions and adoption through communication, training, and support.

Create training materials to be used for continuous learning references.

Ensure the accuracy and content of the system’s knowledgebase based on the current application features.

Requirements Gathering and Elicitation

Conduct requirements elicitation workshop and present findings to stakeholders

Gather and analyze data from many sources to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements.

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Process Enhancement and Modeling

Define business processes in consultation with business users.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Solution Design and Evaluation

Develop and recommend solutions to address business problems and meet stakeholder needs.

Develop necessary requirements for the project in Azure Dev Ops, aligned with the standard document artifacts as supporting documents.

Provide thorough specifications covering functional and non-functional requirements for minor and major enhancements.

Scrum team and other IT teams’ support and collaboration

Collaborate with the QA team to provide and validate test scenarios for creation of test cases, and test scripts.

Coordinate with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.

Collaborating with ITD teams to implement new technology solutions specifically with ITD colleagues working on the integrating systems on any technical requirements needed for providing a holistic solution to the business.

Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

The Senior BA will work with its counterparts, from business, vendor, and technical side of new systems, including integration when needed, within the ecosystem of the client.
