iSupport Worldwide in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to translate an evolving brand system into polished, production-ready work across digital, print, apparel, signage, and club environments.

You will turn concise briefs into thoughtful concepts, present options, and carry approved directions through final delivery, ensuring consistency across a high volume of customer-facing touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing polished, on-brand work across digital, print, and physical applications.
• 6+ years of professional design experience; senior-level capability may substitute tenure.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; strong print production.
• Ability to interpret and extend an evolving brand system.
• Strong typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and production fundamentals.
• Experience prepping files for print, large-format, signage, apparel, or environmental production.
• Excellent communication; present concepts, receive feedback, and clarify briefs.
• Self-directed with strong judgment, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Ability to work with remote stakeholders and maintain collaboration hours.

Responsibilities

• Translate rough briefs into clear concepts and finished assets.
• Apply visual identity across apparel, signage, environmental graphics, and other physical touchpoints.
• Design digital assets and campaigns, including email, onboarding, promos, and social content.
• Adapt brand refresh across existing materials, interpreting principles thoughtfully.
• Present multiple creative routes and explain rationale; collaborate through feedback.
• Prepare production-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, color profiles.
• Manage concurrent requests with clear status and dependable follow-through.
• Maintain organized files, version control, and reusable templates.
• Identify brand gaps and production risks; raise recommendations.
• Perform final quality checks before handoff for accuracy and completeness.
