Job summary

Global Panda Inc in Daet, Camarines Norte, is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper/Finance Officer to own day-to-day bookkeeping and support financial operations for a growing business.

You will maintain ledgers, manage AP/AR, perform reconciliations, assist with month‑end and year‑end reporting, and help streamline processes using Xero or MYOB. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work onsite during Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of bookkeeping or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Xero or MYOB and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and supporting documentation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Monitor invoices, payments, expenses and outstanding balances.
• Maintain organised financial records and data accuracy.
• Assist with financial reporting and administrative tasks.
• Utilise accounting software to manage financial processes.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Support finance team with process improvements.
