Job summary

IQVIA LLC in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior Biostatistician to lead and mentor a team of biostatistics staff, provide direction on project analyses, and engage with clients and internal departments to apply advanced statistical methods.

You will participate as the senior statistician on major projects, review protocols, develop analysis plans, oversee analyses, and prepare integrated clinical and statistical reports, while ensuring staff development and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biostatistics or related field with 10 years of relevant experience including 1 year in leadership.
• Master's Degree in Biostatistics or related field with 10 years of relevant experience including 1 year in leadership.
• Ph.D. in Biostatistics or related field with 3 years of relevant experience including 1 year in leadership.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of prior relevant experience, including 1 year managing staff.
• Knowledge of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor biostatistics staff and provide expert reviews with management.
• Serve as statistical consultant across departments and with clients.
• Participate as senior statistician on major projects, including developing protocols and analysis plans.
• Oversee analyses and contribute to integrated clinical and statistical reports.
• Attend client meetings and participate in audits and RFPs/budgets.
