Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive benefits experience
- US benefits administration experience, global experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Workday experience and Fresh Service
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data confidentiality
- Be agile with the mindset of a lifelong learner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Human Resources or equivalent
- 1 -2 years of compensation administration experience
- Certificate in benefits and/or HR administration
Responsibilities:
Supports the administration of employee benefits and retirement programs (U.S. and international) and contributes to compensation processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Benefits Administration:
Manage enrollments, life events, and eligibility in Workday; liaise with carriers and vendors; support claims and COBRA issues.
Oversee LOA programs globally and maintain accurate records and communication.
Conduct audits of payroll deductions (e.g., FSA, HSA, 401k). - Employee Support & Communication:
Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
Conduct benefits orientations, open enrollment communications, and wellness initiatives. - Collaboration & Compliance:
Work closely with HRBPs, payroll, legal, and vendors.
Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance across benefits and compensation. - Compensation Support:
Maintain job description library, assist with compensation programs, reporting, audits, and ad hoc data analysis.
Potential to expand role within Total Rewards, including trend analysis and research.
