Job summary

JWay Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design and build robust web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Vue, and Node.js.

You will collaborate with designers and project managers, and contribute across the stack from database to UI while working in AWS environments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in web development, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with REST APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and DevOps on AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in web applications development.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
• Development experience with production-ready applications.
• Strong understanding of software development practices: Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Design patterns.
• Data Modeling.
• Multi-threading.
• Multi-tenancy.
• Experience with REST API, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
• Experience with Git, branching models, and SCM.
• Experience with Linux and shell scripting, MySQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• DevOps experience with AWS is a plus.
• Unit and integration testing experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and evaluate backend and front-end applications.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and PM/SM to deliver projects.
• Work on AWS with microservices, serverless, or EC2 architectures.
