Job summary

Mynt, the fintech behind GCash in the Philippines, is seeking a results-driven QA leader to own the end-to-end QA for Business Analytics outputs. You will define QA strategy, orchestrate test planning, and govern quality controls across ad hoc requests, reports, dashboards, and data products, partnering with Data Analysts, DAISMs, PMO, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end QA for BA outputs meeting requirements before UAT/production.
• Develop QA strategies, processes, templates, and governance aligned with SLAs/KPIs.
• Oversee test cases, test plans, QA checklists, and SQL-based validation.
• Coach and develop QA resources for a scalable BA QA operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA for BA outputs and ensure readiness for UAT/production.
• Set up QA strategies, processes, templates, and governance with SLAs/KPIs.
• Create and approve test cases, plans, checklists, and SQL validation.
• Manage data quality across BA outputs ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Provide leadership to QA team and resolve blockers to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, DAISMs, PMO, and stakeholders on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive defect management including logging, triage, fixes, and retesting.
• Maintain QA documentation and artifacts for auditability.
• Track QA metrics and report to management.
• Lead continuous QA improvements, automation opportunities, and scalability.
• Support capability-building and coaching of QA resources.
• Participate in leadership ceremonies and planning sessions.
