Careernet is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect and Technical Lead to design, implement, and manage the GEMS architecture and data infrastructure for Phase 2. The role requires high-level system design, governance, and hands‑on guidance across engineering, security, and integration teams.

You will drive architecture artifacts, ensure governance reviews, and lead cross-functional collaboration with business analysts and developers to deliver monthly GEMS releases.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• Microsoft certifications listed in qualifications.
• Experience with Azure and Power Platform required.
• Strong background in integration, microservices and DevOps.
• Experience with GEMS or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate technical activities between GEMS team and ITD teams to shape technical vision.
• Lead design and engineering for GEMS enhancements and integrations.
• Provide technical support across product design and engineering phases.
• Develop technical user stories and CAB documentation for deployments.
• Participate in Scrum activities and track production incidents with L2 support.
