Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep Microsoft Azure expertise to design and optimize our cloud infrastructure. You will own automation, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, monitoring, and cost efficiency across Azure while maintaining reliability and high availability for a remote team based in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with engineering to implement secure cloud-native patterns, manage incidents, and continuously improve performance and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE with at least 3+ years on Azure.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for IaC.
• Production Azure experience across apps, AKS/containers.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash is required.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes including AKS.
• CI/CD in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of monitoring, cost management, and security services.
• Solid Linux networking and cloud security basics.

Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure Azure infrastructure and cost controls.
• Monitor, alert, and improve performance; ensure high availability and DR.
• Maintain security posture and RBAC/identity controls; lead incident reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to stabilise releases and runbooks.
• Document standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.
