Job summary

ERNI Schweiz AG is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure and Databricks. You will develop analytics-ready datasets, data models, and curated data products for enterprise reporting and operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure, Delta Lake, PySpark, and Spark SQL. A strong focus on data quality, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. Hybrid work setup in Metro Manila is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional data engineering experience with enterprise-scale data pipelines.
• Hands-on design and delivery of data platforms and analytics-ready datasets.
• Strong experience with Azure and Azure Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automated data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Build scalable ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing processes for enterprise data consumption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into data models and pipeline designs.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and security controls across cloud data environments.
