Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with software engineers, QA, and PMs to ensure seamless application deployment and robust CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development tools, governance via ADRs, and continuous improvement of automation. 3 days on-site per week in BGC, Taguig, with 2 days remote, mid shift.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineering experience.
• 2+ years focused on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Senior DevOps experience, preferably in finance.
• Proficiency in AWS CDK as IaC tool.
• Python for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD).
• Fluent in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Helm Charts for Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and LGTM observability stack.
• Strong agile mindset and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Own technical design of infrastructure components and ADRs for stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, code review, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and PMs for seamless deployment.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.
• Set up observability to monitor performance and address issues.
• Ensure security best practices and protect cloud infra and apps.
• Adhere to client's cloud standards and procedures.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and promote agile mindset.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure and process documentation.
• Assist in upskilling team members.
