Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines seeks a Developer & Automation Expert with strong hands-on n8n experience to design, build, and own end-to-end automations and data workflows across our business. This mid-to-senior role is for a seasoned developer who brings solid software architecture experience, comfort working across multiple databases, and a disciplined approach to documentation.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Solid software architecture experience.
Experience across multiple databases (SQL, MongoDB, Supabase).
Strong experience building automations and workflows in n8n.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and processes.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Strong data engineering fundamentals.
Able to produce clear, detailed technical documentation.
Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own automation projects start to finish — from planning through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Integrate and connect tools across our stack, including Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI.
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows with n8n.
Architect and manage databases.
Take on data engineering tasks and keep data flowing cleanly and reliably across systems.
Write clear, thorough documentation for every build and workflow.
Apply CI/CD best practices across deployment and release processes.
Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing automations and data pipelines.
