Job summary

VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Developer & Automation Expert to design, build, and own end-to-end automations and data workflows using n8n. This mid-to-senior role requires hands-on development, solid software architecture, and the discipline to document thoroughly across multiple databases.

You will own automation projects from concept to deployment, connect tools across Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI, and lead data engineering tasks while maintaining robust,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid software architecture experience.
• Experience across multiple databases (SQL, MongoDB, Supabase).
• Strong experience building automations with n8n.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals and thorough documentation.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own automation projects end to end from planning through deployment and maintenance.
• Integrate tools across the stack, including Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI.
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows in n8n.
• Architect and manage databases and data pipelines.
• Ensure data flows cleanly and reliably across systems.
• Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation for every build.
• Apply CI/CD best practices across deployment and release processes.
• Use Git for version control and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve automations.
